Kid's Club Registration
Each month, a Utah Jazz Kids Club member is highlighted in our monthly newsletter. Each kid member must submit a short written bio that shares their top reason(s) for loving the Utah Jazz. The monthly winner will receive a Utah Jazz basketball and six tickets to Salt Lake City Stars games. Complete the form below to submit an official entry.
